“I’ve been here for three years now, and honestly it’s been amazing. It’s really close to local shops and cafes, and the library is literally next door. It’s also only about a 5 minute walk to the town centre. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and they’re really easy to talk to. The rooms are spacious too, and maintenance checks everything regularly to make sure it’s all working properly. If anything does go wrong, they’re quick to help.”

“The bedroom decor is better, but the walls are painted yellow and it feels a little dull and outdated. I think white walls would look much nicer, brighten the space, and make the room feel more welcoming.”

“I think it would be great to have more chances to meet people, through planned events like a themed quiz night or something along those lines in the accommodation.”

“Overall, it’s been a really good experience for me, and I can’t think of much that’s wrong. There are a few small hiccups, but the staff handles them fast and gets everything sorted.”

“I’d like the resident to be placed directly into the actual apartment complex so we don’t have to leave the property and walk out to the street just to get to the laundry room. That way there’s less chance of losing clothes while we’re out there.”

“The kitchen feels quite small next to the communal space, and there isn’t much room for storage. You also can’t really have a cupboard each. Plus, only one person can use the kitchen at a time.”
