“The call box by the front door isn’t working, so residents can’t buzz the flats. That becomes a problem when reception is shut, because delivery drivers trying to drop off parcels often can’t get in and the delivery ends up failing. If the system was fixed so people could ring the individual flats directly, fewer deliveries would get missed when reception is closed.”
