I’m really not happy with how little storage there is in the bathroom, and I don’t like that the light is automatic. If you get up in the night, it suddenly turns on and wakes you. I’d also much rather have control over the heating myself. I understand it’s set up that way for certain reasons, but it doesn’t always switch on when it’s cold. On top of that, the place is quite expensive, and I think we should have the basics included as part of the price. I’d also like hand sanitiser placed by the bins.

Honestly, the bathroom feels a bit too small.

Encourage more social engagement. When I was there, everyone felt like a stranger, and it never really felt like a community.

The shower always seems to clog, so the water just sits at the bottom for quite a while.

If I could change one thing about the place, it would be the lift. It seems like the lifts often go out of service, though it’s not as bad as it used to be. I’d just like to think it won’t keep happening. They do break down more frequently than anyone would want, and I know it’s not really the staff’s fault. I just think the company in charge of the lift should make sure the ones here are better maintained or better suited to the building.

I really wish there was parking available.

I think the social areas should stay open all the time, and it would be great to have more social activities.

The rooms stay really cold most of the day. I get that it’s for safety, but the heating can only run for up to two hours, and then it shuts off automatically. I’d suggest adding another heater in the room since there seems to be plenty of space.
