“My apartment is really quiet and feels peaceful. The manager is genuinely kind and takes her responsibilities seriously. She’s always patient and willing to help with all kinds of issues for us. I also feel completely at ease about safety, since only residents with their own personal key can get into each door. Usually, packages are stored at the reception until you pick them up. We’ve seen how packages can get stolen in other buildings where there isn’t much supervision.”

“Since moving here, I’ve felt a lot more independent, and it’s also made it possible for me to live with my partner. The heating is brilliant for winter, and the kitchen is a great size, not just for one person but for two as well. I’m planning to stay here again next year because I genuinely got the best experience I could have during my first year at university. The location is really convenient too, with lots of shops and gyms nearby.”

“Honestly, the laundry machines are awful. They’re way too dirty, so you really need to replace them. Also, is there any chance you could set up one machine just for shoes so the rest can be used normally? These machines are so gross, I’m genuinely fed up. On top of that, a lot of my clothes end up ruined because of them.”

“The maintenance team should be physically on site and respond quickly whenever something breaks. Right now it takes too long to get maintenance, and that’s really frustrating.”

“They made a security upgrade and also changed the insurance terms. My bike was taken from inside the building, tucked away behind two locked doors, but their insurance policy specifically does not cover bike theft. So now I’m out £350.”
