“The dryers aren’t great. They often don’t dry the clothes properly. Also, the room heating is pretty inconvenient because it only turns on when it reaches a set temperature, and you can’t adjust that. I think that’s unfair since different people feel cold at different levels, so it shouldn’t be one rule for everyone. Finally, the key card scanners are really slow. It’s not a huge issue, but it gets annoying, especially when you’re carrying groceries, because the doors take ages to open. I’d definitely change these things to make day to day living a lot better.”
