“The place didn’t feel clean when we got there. The rooms weren’t up to standard, and I’m still dealing with black mold in the shower. On top of that, the vacuums don’t seem to work right.”

“The bathroom has mould, and the kitchen feels old and worn out. If they gave everything a proper deep clean and a refresh, it would make a huge difference.”
