“Hi, I’m Aaron. Overall, the rooms are pretty decent. They’re a good size, and the place feels like a solid option. The main downside is the bathrooms, they’re a little cramped. Also, the walls are pretty thin, so you can definitely hear what’s going on next door. Last night was a perfect example. One of my neighbors showed up around 2:30 AM, and it totally woke me up. He was making noise and playing music. I ended up texting him to keep the volume down. That’s really the biggest issue, because you can hear voices coming through. Besides that, everything was clean, and the rooms are fine. The bathrooms are just a bit small, but honestly, the rest is great.”

“Make sure to get a vacuum for every room, since a few are missing.”

“It would be better if the basic upkeep was handled properly. For example, the matting in the ensuite is starting to lift, and the light above the cooker doesn’t work.”
