> They brought the rent down to what was actually being offered. At Blenheim Court, where I sometimes had to go to sort out mail or room issues, the rent was lower than what I was paying, and yet there seemed to be a lot more going on. There was basically a steady group of staff you could ask for help, access to shared common space, and parking nearby. Even the parking area had a bit more shelter for grabbing food or having a cigarette, just because of how the buildings were laid out. Overall, it felt like a better place to live, even though both options were ridiculously overpriced.
