“The shower clogs up way too easily and it happens all the time, plus it overflows. On top of that, the water runs extremely hot and there’s no way to lower the temperature at all.”

“I’d like to see better quality furniture and appliances in the living space. A few items were already broken when we arrived, and some things had been damaged by the previous tenants and never replaced, like the sofas.”

“Those “quiet rooms” are genuinely quiet even after the cutoff time.”

“The laundry and drying machines are built right into the accommodations. I just feel like it’s not fair that students have to pay for laundry, especially at such a steep price.”

“Getting moved in was pretty tough because I had to haul my heavy bags and suitcases up four flights of stairs, and I’m only on level 2 of a three level townhouse. I honestly can’t imagine what it would be like if you were on the third floor, having to go up and down six flights just to get your things into your room. It would have been really helpful to have a lift available, especially for anyone who isn’t staying on the first floor.”
