“If they’re charging extra for the room, then they should either improve the quality or include something extra in the room. That feels especially important since the room is pretty small and there isn’t much space by the windows. Also, the contract is pretty long, which is tough for master’s students. I wouldn’t even need the room until August, so it would be great if they offered both shorter and longer contract options.”
“I had the walls soundproofed because it can get pretty loud at times. My room is right next to the kitchen, so sometimes I still catch the TV and people talking.”

“I’d swap the dishwasher for a washing machine. Also, I think a regular table would work better than a bar table since it’s pretty high, and it’s not that comfortable to eat on.”
