“The shower was completely covered in mold. At the start of the semester, all my flatmates and I messaged about it, and about a month later they finally sorted it out. I also think the people who clean should actually clean properly too, so the mold doesn’t build up again. And the toilet paper in the shared bathrooms is way too limited.”

“The power went out in the whole Flat 2x. The kitchen lost power 3 times, and the fridge and microwave were affected too, so I had to throw away some food. The heater also was not working when the year started, and there’s been no hot water. On top of that, my window will not close properly and my blinds were left undone.”

“The fridge and freezer situation needs to be improved. There are six people sharing one mini fridge and freezer, and it’s just not acceptable. There’s actually enough room to add another unit, or at least to use bigger ones. Because of this, people aren’t able to eat properly, and the whole setup is causing a major problem.”

“Considering the cost, the place should have been cleaned to the standard that was promised. Also, there’s one fridge with four shelves, but there are six people living in the building. My friends are in one of the pricier flats and they have two fridges for eight people.”
