“If I could change one thing, it would be the bathroom and cleaning setup. I don’t really like that the cleaner comes in every morning at 8am. It messes with my sleep and also makes me feel like my privacy is being interrupted. Also, I would have preferred a mat in the bathroom instead of just having the floor as it is now. It’s pretty inconvenient and not very comfortable.”

“Please, better WiFi. I’m seriously asking. A lot of the people I know who live around campus have said the same thing. And it would be great if the hub was simpler to use, plus a cheaper shop on campus.”

“The bathroom upkeep could be better. Mine is a wet room, but it still has a tiled floor, so the water ends up sitting under the tiles and it ends up attracting silverfish.”

“We need more room in the fridge. Right now, we’re all sharing three shelves on a mini fridge among eight people.”

“I’d like to see more social events around the flats, and also make sure there are at least two people of each sex plus two freshers in the group. That way, it’s much more likely you’ll end up making friends with your flatmates, especially since you’re all at the same stage in your education.”
