“You get lots of shared space, plus a bedroom that feels really well maintained and matches current standards. Privacy is solid too, with lockable cupboards and doors you can secure. The mini fridge and the monitor provided are both perfectly adequate. There’s also plenty of storage for everything you need. The building itself is kept in good shape, and the cleaning staff do a great job. Maintenance can be slow, but they do have a system for logging problems, so things do get sorted eventually. One downside is that the communal areas can get extremely loud, even if you’re in a bedroom far away, so it may not be the best fit if you’re sensitive to sound.”

“The bed and the desk. The bed feels like it is made of solid rocks, and the TV sitting on the desk makes it impossible for me to use the space properly. I can’t slide my computer all the way back because the mounted TV blocks the way.”
