“Staying here really helped me get settled in Oxford. The transport links, the university, and the grocery stores are all close enough that it feels convenient, but still realistic for the area. There are always both good days and tougher ones, like anywhere. The security and the management team are very good overall, but their communication could be better. For example, if I speak to someone on Monday, the person I talk to on Tuesday often doesn’t know anything about it. It’s not a huge deal, but I think updating the staff among themselves would save everyone time, so yeah, that’s the main thing.”

“Honestly, if I could change one thing about where I’m staying right now, it would be adding way more storage. It feels like I’m constantly fighting a wave of stuff. I really wish there were more built-in storage options, like shelves in those awkward corners. Even around the desk, there’s potential, because there’s actually a decent amount of space under it. If a corner unit with drawers would fit better there, I think that would work so much better than what I have now. Right now I’m mostly using those Sheen storage containers, and it turns into a bunch of boxes, which makes everything look a little cluttered. If I had storage that was designed properly and meant for the space, it would make a huge difference in keeping everything organized, and it would still look cute and interesting. That’s definitely the one thing I’d change.”
