“One area where my place at 79 Silver Street could really do better is the laundry set-up. Right now there’s just one dryer and one washing machine. I don’t think it’s that unusual to run into someone already using them, and then it can be pretty annoying to have to wait around for everyone else to finish and get their stuff **** out. If there were more washing and drying machines, it would make things a lot easier.”
