“Please move it to a better location, and make sure there’s staff available 24/7.”

“The blinds in here aren’t very good, and they let in a lot of light at night. We even tried taping black card up on the windows, but it kept falling down and it didn’t look great either. On top of that, the bed itself isn’t super comfortable, but we added a mattress topper and honestly that has made a big difference.”

“It’s way too loud, and there’s a real issue with students smoking weed in the building. The furniture feels really low quality, like it stains and breaks easily. The bed is uncomfortable to the point that you can’t really rest. And honestly, the place doesn’t get cleaned properly or efficiently.”
