“The kitchen space is miserable. The roof work keeps me up around 8 in the morning, and the constant pounding is really hurting. It’s been happening on and off for ages.”

“My desk setup with the chair is really awkward. I basically have to climb up into the chair, which works okay for me since I’m pretty skinny, but it still feels like a problem that isn’t very inclusive.”

“You get a complimentary cleaning for the kitchen and bathroom, which is great since we’re already paying more than a regular private flat. It feels like they could include this as part of what we pay.”

“Sometimes the staff don’t really communicate well with each other. There was one security guard who, during a fire alarm, apparently shouted at my flatmates without even introducing himself. I think that’s more down to individual mistakes though. It would be better if there were more than one shelf in the fridge.”
