“The only downside I can think of is the safety side. The security is solid, like the burglar alarm and the CCTV, but when the Luxury Student Homes sign is out front for a few months, it honestly makes me a bit uneasy about break-ins. We know student rentals are often targeted, so it does worry me a little.”
