“Just like other student housing across the UK that does routine cleaning of shared spaces such as bathrooms and the kitchen, it’s something you should expect. That said, the heat detectors on the hobs feel really poor. They’re overly sensitive and can be pretty annoying at times. Also, when people raise complaints out loud, they’re often ignored. Picking up parcels is a headache too, because it takes ages to get told they’ve arrived. Finally, there aren’t any events or activities to help students meet and interact with each other.”

“I feel like there should be more of a sense of community between the different flats in the accommodation. From my point of view, not many flats seem to know each other. It would help if social events were organized for the Hollies right from the beginning.”
