“Sometimes when we reach out for help, it usually gets sorted eventually, but it can take a bit. For example, when we first moved in, the light fixture was one of those built-in ones, so we couldn’t swap it out, and we couldn’t just buy a replacement bulb either. I put in the support request right away, and it still took months before it was fixed. Other issues were much faster. Like the lock situation, that was handled pretty quickly. When they came to fix it, they replaced the locks because there was glue in them. So yeah, some things get resolved right away, but a few problems have taken quite a while to work through.”
