It would be really helpful if they sent an email with updates for each job, like whether it’s finished or if they’re waiting on something, so we’re not left guessing. We reported the pipe problem every week from September, and it’s now March, and they’ve only just decided to get an outside person in. Also, I think we need a new maintenance person. The one we have is a bit creepy, and honestly he doesn’t seem like he really knows what he’s doing.”
