The fridge and the table that are broken need to be fixed or replaced right away, not put off for weeks.

I honestly think Tramworks is the ideal place to stay.

The shared kitchen for the five ensuites feels a bit too small. When several residents are trying to use it together, that lack of space quickly turns into a real hassle. The other bigger shared kitchen in the place is much more the right size.

Honestly, I feel like the breakfast the place offers could be brought back, and it would be better for us to actually get to enjoy what they provide. I remember that last year they served breakfast every day, so I’m hoping they can restart that service instead of canceling it. That’s it.

I feel like the rent shouldn’t jump too quickly or too high. Next year, I think the cost for a new lease should still be reasonable enough that you can get a decent studio in other neighborhoods. Also, the apartment only just put in a pool table. I think it would be great to add a few more options for entertainment, like mahjong tables. I’ve noticed there are quite a lot of Chinese students here, and many of them really enjoy playing mahjong. So if the apartment installs mahjong tables for students to use, they could charge a small fee to make it work. And honestly, the low-floor rats show up way too often. It really messes with the overall living environment. We all know rats can carry all kinds of viruses, and that’s a serious safety risk for everyone living here. Plus, some students like sleeping with the windows open for ventilation. But if the windows are left open at night, the mice and rats will just get inside. To keep them out, you basically have to close the windows early in the morning, and that makes the air quality worse. The managers do come to set traps each time, but it doesn’t seem to make a real difference in reducing the problem.
