“Since Nido has already sold their other London sites to Chapter, it would be great if they did the same with this one too. Then an actually capable team could step in, take over, and run the place properly. Also, the housekeeper needs to be let go right away. Almost everyone I know finds her rude and dismissive, and a lot of students aren’t renewing their bookings because of her.”
