“When we got there, it wasn’t very clear that we needed to bring our own pillows, a duvet, and all the kitchen utensils. The information on the homepage also wasn’t clear enough. For at least one semester, it would be really helpful to explain what to do with everything you had to buy, and where you should leave it when you move out. That said, the reception staff were really nice and helpful.”
