“There was a reception on site, and they provided a hoover and an iron. But the bathroom did not have an open shower. Also, the walls have visible marks on them.”

“The way the accom team communicates with residents has been pretty hit and miss. Maybe I’ve just had bad luck, but it feels like some emails are arriving without enough lead time or the right details, especially for things like room inspections. A few times, images that were supposed to be the whole message would not load. When I asked for the actual text instead, I was sent another image, which clearly wasn’t the same thing. On top of that, I honestly feel like I downloaded the communication app for nothing, because I mostly only get information through emails anyway, and I do not even want most of them. I’ve also been pushed nonstop about rebooking, and I keep getting bombarded with “giveaways” and promos to try to get me to stay.”

“What stood out to me was how clean the area around the place was, but I noticed the heater worked fine and there wasn’t much in the way of cleaning tools, like no hoover.”

“A larger fridge would help. The rating of 1 out of 5 just isn’t cutting it, especially because everyone has their own items, so you end up with 5 milk bottles and 5 containers of butter and it gets crowded fast.”
