“Honestly, even though everyone is supposed to know the rules for shared living spaces, a lot of people still don’t follow them. For some residents, leaving common areas messy and being loud seems to be just how they act. I really wish there was tighter oversight of tenant behavior, along with actual fines for anyone who ignores the rules, so we could have a nicer, more comfortable place to live.”

“In the common area, I think they should keep a closer eye on the lift, the hallways, and the inside entrance, because some residents seem to be pretty messy for some reason.”
