“I can think of three main changes that would make my current place a lot better. First, I’d like the kitchen to be adjusted so it’s less echoey and so the noise doesn’t get so loud when people are shouting in there. Second, it would really help if each dorm room had air conditioning, since the rooms get pretty hot overnight. Third, I think there should be clearer rules about noise late at night. My neighbours sometimes get really loud, and if the accommodation or wellbeing team gets complaints, they should send up to three warning emails before someone comes to our dorm to speak to us seriously.”
