“My room is really lovely and spacious, but the side rooms facing the main road can get a lot of noise from ambulances all day and night. It’s a bit off-putting when you’re booking, especially if it isn’t mentioned beforehand. That said, I do think it should be brought up when rooms are assigned, and students should have the chance to switch rooms if they’re easily bothered by loud sirens or don’t handle sudden noise well.”
