“The main problem is that maintenance keeps coming up again and again. Time after time, we end up with no hot water, the AC isn’t working, and there are leaks. Because of that, I really think they should be able to handle repairs faster by keeping spare parts on hand, so we are not stuck waiting for long stretches without hot water.”
