“Definitely better sofas for the living room”

“The kitchen upkeep from my fellow flatmates is really bad. Also, the lift in the building has been out of order for more than a month, and no one seems to have done anything to get it repaired.”

Even something simple like a small garden, a seating spot, or a little outdoor space would give students a great place to unwind, get some studying done, or catch up with friends outside in the fresh air, especially when the weather is nice. It would also support wellbeing and offer a calm change of pace from being indoors all the time.”
