“I can’t think of anything, O: maybe just some cute little potted flowers in the recycling area, so it doesn’t look so gloomy?”
“I liked that there were leaflets at the front desk with details on what events are coming up in Chester over the next few weeks, and the kinds of things that will be happening.”
“There are only two washers and two dryers, and since there are so many of us, it can be hard to find an open machine to do laundry. Also, it would be great to have some kind of parking option for visitors, like designated visitor spots or a visitor permit that allows them to park on site.
