“I’d love to see more events happening on site, and a shared common area within the same building rather than having everything spread out. Also, it would be great to have more laundry options, and to get faster responses when there are fire alarms.”

“The maintenance team has everything sorted. They repainted the room and kitchen to cover the grease and oil stains, and they installed a new oven since the old one isn’t working properly. Also, the lock on the kitchen balcony door wouldn’t work, so that’s been fixed, and they replaced the hob knobs because they kept acting up.”

“The mattress I’ve got is way too soft and it feels kind of plastic-coated, so it’s really uncomfortable. Also, the lights outside the building are annoying at night.”
