“Maybe you could add a small sign in the laundry room reminding people not to leave clothes in the machines once they are done. Also, the Circuit Go app should let us know when the cycle finishes, or at least show how much time is left. Everything else is perfect though. Thank you!”

“Once again, a lot of stuff got taken last year, and it still hasn’t been replaced. So basically I’m paying for amenities that aren’t even here anymore.”

“There’s really no sense of community at all. Everyone keeps to themselves and just does their own thing. Also, there aren’t any events.”

“Honestly, the only thing I think they should work on is the parcel handling. A lot of packages just get left outside the reception area, and then anyone can grab them. I really think they should put the parcels into the post boxes in the accommodation instead of leaving them out there.”

“Finally a lift that actually works. The management is better too, and the whole security and safety setup is improved so parcels don’t get taken. Also, the communication is real now, because before there was basically none at all.”

“Our lift isn’t working right now, so I’d like to have it fixed.”
