“If my family is able to visit the dorm, I really hope they can stay in my room for a bit instead of being told to leave right away. Since I rented your place, I believe I should be able to let my family stay with me in my room for a while.”

“The WiFi and the signal are genuinely terrible. It keeps dropping all the time, it’s really hard to get connected in the first place, speeds are slow, and it cuts out frequently. I’m on the ninth floor, so maybe that explains part of it, but for what I’m paying in rent, I feel like I should be getting decent reception no matter where I live. In the shared areas the WiFi is actually good, but most of us spend the majority of our time in our own flats, so the connection there really shouldn’t be this bad. Something needs to be fixed about the WiFi. I’ve also had to message the Glide team to get reboots done multiple times. For my own place, the WiFi box is even located in my room, and I still can’t get a reliable connection.”
