“Honestly, I’d change the way the reception team handles problems, because it doesn’t feel like they really care. In the middle of December we went without heating and hot water for about two weeks, and they didn’t do much. They basically just said we had to live with it until they sorted it out. It was really frustrating.”

“Keeping everything neat and clean”
“I wish there were more washers and dryers in the laundry area. I’d also really like to see the kitchen furniture replaced or updated. A cleaner courtyard would make a big difference, and the rooms definitely need to be repainted.”
