“Honestly, the silverfish issue is the main problem. I have no idea where they’re coming from, but I’ll still spot them even when my room is spotless.”

If a student forgets their key card or leaves something in their room, or if they run into any issues with the accommodation, it turns into a really difficult situation. We end up having to contact the help desk, and it’s not easy to get through. It also takes a long time. Last week I waited for about an hour. So I do think it will get better, but right now it’s pretty rough.”
