The main thing for me is that the gym and the study room are right next to each other. I don’t really think that’s the best setup from a noise point of view, especially because there’s no door separating the two. It’s a small issue though. In the end, people can just use headphones and move on with their day.

Honestly, getting in isn’t really an issue at all. But if I had to suggest one area they could improve, it would be the key card setup. It can be a bit annoying because when you’re in the kitchen trying to cook, the card sometimes ends up locked inside your cupboard or you drop it somewhere. And if you just need to run to the bathroom quickly, the appliances you left cooking will stop while you’re away. That part is pretty inconvenient. Other than that, though, the place is fantastic.

I honestly think the place could use better insulation. The walls feel pretty thin, and you can hear people walking around and talking outside your room. That said, it’s not really a constant issue since most guests are respectful during quiet hours, and the busier floors are usually less crowded than the others. Still, it would definitely be better if they improved it.

The sauna and the heated beds don’t seem to work, and the night shift staff doesn’t know how to get them turned on.

I think they should improve how they communicate with the students and the management team. It would also help a lot if the place had more regular maintenance.

Cleaning the rooms more often, about once a week. The entertainment area should stay open 24 hours a day and not shut down at midnight.
