“They really need a receptionist who is consistently on hand, because sometimes they're there and sometimes they aren't. That’s frustrating when you’re waiting for parcels, or when you need to use the hoover to clean your room but you can’t get access. And it’s even worse when you have a bigger issue, like your card not working to get into your room or the building. It would help a lot to have the same familiar person there every time.”
