“It started off really well, but over the past year there have been some staff changes and they’ve stopped putting on events. That’s especially disappointing because you can constantly see online that other buildings run by the same company are hosting loads of events. On top of that, they removed the joint gym membership and even took away the building door access without telling anyone, while still increasing the prices for next year. Apart from all that, the building is okay. It looks nice and it’s kept clean.”

“The accommodation is pretty good overall, and I’d definitely recommend it to students who are going to the University of Brighton at the Moulsecoomb campus. The building feels new compared to other places around here, and the facilities are really solid. There’s a TV, pool tables, a few study areas, and common rooms on both the ground and first floors, so it’s a nice spot to go and unwind for a bit. I also really like my room. It’s quiet and calm, and there’s a decent amount of space. Since all the rooms in this building are studios, you get that more private setup, and with 24/7 security in place, you can feel safe.”
“Let’s put a stop to antisocial behavior on our floor.”
“I prefer a securities team that doesn’t get overly involved in a student’s personal life. Casual small talk is okay, but it should stay private to that student and not turn into something other people discuss. It feels really catty.”
“The people next door are way too loud.”
“In the summer it can get pretty hot, so better airflow would really make a difference.”
