“Honestly, like I said before, I think the communication between UNIPOL and our landlord could be a lot better. We used to have a different landlord when we were living there from 2024 to 2025, and at the start he was brilliant. But then it changed to new landlords and the communication just isn’t great, so we’ve ended up waiting ages with things like broken showers and broken taps. They haven’t come to fix them, which is really not ideal when there are five people living in the house and there’s only one shower. It makes getting ready at the same time properly difficult. So I’d say that’s the main thing I’d want to see improved, definitely the communication with Unipole and our landlord.”
