“The reception is shut over the weekend, which makes it really difficult for people to get help with their issues during that time. On top of that, the cost to have someone come and let you into your room is ridiculously high if you accidentally lock yourself out on the weekend. The washing machines are also overpriced. In my flat we have a dishwasher that nobody uses, so it would be much better to swap it for a washing machine.”
