“The place feels really fresh, and it has an escalator plus some really decent rooms. Only downside is the beds, they could be a lot more comfortable.”

“Please consider the noise level as a top priority. Even in the hallway, the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear people’s voices clearly and it’s pretty loud. Make sure everyone follows the rules. For instance, after 11:00 PM it should be completely quiet, just like it is in the downstairs area. It should be the same in the rooms too, since the constant disruptions can make it hard for me to sleep, focus, or concentrate.”

“I’m trying to get the tap water temperature to be more consistent. Right now it’s either freezing or scalding, with no middle ground.”
