“The architecture is way better than I expected. That said, the old place really groans and creaks every time someone walks around, so it definitely needs a rebuild and some renovations. Still, overall it’s pretty great.”

“I think there should be more checks in the kitchens and communal spaces. Honestly, my flatmates are absolutely disgusting, and I feel like they need more inspections to get it together. That said, I’m pretty sure that if I reported it, it would be dealt with quickly.”

“Honestly, I don’t really have many complaints about the place. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that it might make sense to keep the office open a bit longer. For example, instead of closing at five, maybe six or seven. That said, it’s probably just my own bias because I get a lot of deliveries, and they sometimes show up after that 5:00 PM cutoff. But other than that, I think it’s absolutely perfect.”
