“I like the idea of having a shared space where people can actually unwind, and then letting the kitchen be somewhere you can cook and eat without constant interruptions. Also, the laundry needs serious work. Either bring the prices down or at least improve the washing, because it’s pretty bad right now. And please, can you open the student bar more often?”
