“I want to share a quick bit of feedback about my current student setup because I’ve noticed a few ongoing maintenance problems that seem to come up pretty much every day. The sink often has a lingering bad smell, which makes me think there might be something wrong with the drainage. Also, the floor feels pretty thin and occasionally feels a little wobbly, and that’s honestly a bit worrying.”

“The kitchen surfaces look better, and the new floors are a nice upgrade too.”

“We’ve basically been pushed into longer contracts for next year too, and the price is a lot higher. The fee they want to keep our stuff in our rooms over the summer is ridiculous, especially since that’s supposed to be the reason they don’t have to clean the rooms afterward. It’s really off-putting. Also, when the electricity cuts out, which has happened several times already, the water goes off as well, and the doors are left unlocked. And paying 5 pounds every week just to wash and dry laundry is honestly far too expensive.”

“If the reception had another shared lounge area with more games, it would be much better for chatting and socialising with the other residents.”
