“Staff availability. Right now it feels like there’s only one person handling the lobby, and they have a lot on their plate. I understand they can’t be there 24/7, but it really needs more coverage in the evenings and especially on weekends. Even for emergencies, or just smaller problems that pop up, there should be someone else available too. A lot of the little issues seem to get pushed to the side, and while each one might feel minor, they add up over time. Eventually it makes it hard to live here calmly.”

“I like that there’s more shared space to hang out with friends and my roommates. There’s also more room to study. They even have a vending machine. Laundry services are better too. And the front desk is open 24/7.”
