“As I said before, the only change I’d make is to keep reception open for longer, so students here have more guaranteed time to get help. Right now, reception is only available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and that just feels like too little time, especially from Monday to Friday.”

“The common areas stay too warm, and the entire building feels hot even when the heating in my room is turned off.”
