“The neighbors are being really loud late at night.”

“I was pretty disappointed with the service. When my freezer broke, I ended up losing most of my frozen food. They did replace the freezer within 30 hours, which was good, but I still had to buy more food because everything had already defrosted. Later I found out that another person’s freezer had also broken two weeks earlier, and they were given a voucher for food. I didn’t get one, and that really bothered me. Since I pay for my flat on my own, having to replace all that food hit me financially that month.”

“If I had to pick one thing that could be better, it would be the bathroom size. They’re pretty small, and since I’m 6 foot 5, it gets annoying sometimes. Next year I’m going to pay for a room with a bigger bathroom so I can actually fit comfortably in the shower. That said, they are still usable, just a bit awkward and cramped now and then, which can feel a little claustrophobic.”
