“I ran into a few problems with the cooking appliances. It would really help if there were a larger maintenance team, plus more washing machines and dryers.”

“I’d like to see more flat inspections to make sure the place stays clean. I live in a flat with 11 people, so the kitchen isn’t always kept up to the best standard. Also, if something breaks, people don’t always report it, so I only find out something is out of order when I actually go to use the equipment. Another problem I’ve noticed is with the washing machines. At my accommodation there are only two washing and drying machines for both buildings, which makes laundry really difficult when they’re in high demand. A lot of people want to do washing at the same time, so it can be a struggle.”
