Some of them don’t really have many friends, so that would help a lot.”

“The rooms are a letdown. The layout and the lack of proper usable space are really bad. There are no bookshelves, no decent desk, and no proper wardrobe. The photos on the website are nothing like what you actually get. There are only four plug sockets, and they’re in totally pointless spots, so I’ve had to buy extension leads. There’s also no space under the bed to store suitcases, and honestly, nowhere to put anything, and nowhere to move around comfortably. It’s meant to be a medium ensuite room, so I dread to think what a smaller one is like. Overall, the layout is just poor. That’s the one thing that really needs changing.”
